Jon Kling
Jon Kling is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Municipal Acquisitions and leads all of the firm’s investment and strategy initiatives. Mr. Kling has nearly 30 years of real estate, investment banking, and principal investment experience. Mr. Kling earned a B.A. from Tulane University and an M.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Institutional Real Estate Portfolio Management from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Dean’s Advisory Council, the Johns Hopkins Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board, and the Corporate Advisory Council of Children’s National. He is active in numerous professional organizations, such as Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) and has lectured on real estate finance at the graduate level.
